El Naipe Casino Lounge is open exclusively to Casa Vertiente resort guests aged 18 and over, in accordance with Chilean Gambling Law No. 19.995. Valid photo ID is required upon entry. The lounge operates Friday through Sunday, 20:00–03:00. We encourage responsible play and offer self-exclusion support on request.
Casa Vertiente is located on Cerro Alegre, Valparaíso — approximately 120 km from Santiago. By train, take the Metrotren from Alameda Station to Valparaíso (approximately 1h 20min), then a 15-minute taxi up to Cerro Alegre. We also offer private chauffeur transfers from Santiago or Arturo Merino Benítez Airport — please contact our concierge to arrange.
Standard check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out by 12:00 PM. Early check-in and late check-out can be requested subject to availability — please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. Luggage storage is available at no charge on the day of arrival and departure.
We welcome well-behaved dogs in our Garden Suites and on the hotel grounds (with the exception of the restaurant, spa, casino lounge, and rooftop pool areas). A nightly pet supplement of CLP 25,000 applies. Please inform us at the time of booking so we can prepare a welcome kit for your companion.
